For Petrolheads, By Petrolheads

Last year, an R32 Nissan Skyline GT-R GTS was featured, and 62.5% of the voters gave an upvote to this Japanese mid-level beast! This time on a new, a French popped up with an interesting offer price, a Renault 30 TS.

(NOTE: NPoCP means "Nice Price or Crack Pipe", a Jalopnik daily run on the local classifieds. On this site, I bring in advertisements from the Philippine classifieds from or Craigslist.)

The 30 TS is the first Renault to come with a six cylinder after World War II. The 2.7-liter V6 engine was the brainchild of three companies: Peugeot, Renault (obviously) and Volvo, which was abbreviated as PRV. Design cues were from the Renault 16, and I must say it doesn't look bad for a French hatchback. The problem was its high price, but is it now?

The seller never mentions the engine choice, but judging from the rear badge, it's the V6. He just restored it, and it appears great. The interior and exterior looks unmolested, untouched and clean. I'm starting to love it.
